The "Power stuttering" as i call it, is a very weird phenomenon. It usually manifests if i use more then 75w total tdp for more then 25 min. If it manifests, the total power consumption shrinks to 45w and you can physically start to hear the inductors CLACKING, not whining, clacking. This is combined with a around 200ms stutter every 4 frames and unstable behavior in programs. For example the frame-counter will start to display -26ms, wich is impossible, because its negative. Or Windows explorer will not track the mouse position properly anymore. it registers the mouse usually about 40 pixels away in a random direction to where it is on the monitor. In for Excample Log Number 6: At the start and multiple times during the log, gpu power drops to 30w and cpu power drops as well. that should not happen. gpu should stay at 60-90w. there is no thermal reason. so what is happening there?
